Booking Information:

Currency: All prices published are per person and in Canadian Dollars

Booking Procedures: A 50% deposit is required upon booking of all packages booked before 30 days of event. Balances are due 30 days prior to event   Any event booked within 30 days full payment is required.   We accept Visa / Mastercard / Certified Cheques and Money Orders payable to Toursport.  

Upon booking you shall receive a confirmation number verbally over the phone. We will email or fax the confirmation and receipt to you upon booking.  Toursport / Leaf Express reserves the right to cancel any of our packages within 7 business days if the motorcoach has not reached its minimum passenger requirement. At this point full refunds will be distributed and or tranfer to another package will be offered.

Distribution of Tickets/ Packages:  We will make every attempt when possible to ship out the tickets with your package upon booking. A standard fee of $8.00 will be charged for each shipment using Canada Express Post. If you prefer your package to be delivered FEDEX the fee is $16.00 per order.

** If you prefer to receive your tickets at the hotel or on the day of  the event there is no fee. We will then  mail out your trip itineraries using standard mail.

Children: On all of our packages Children must be under 15 years of age. Children must be accompanied by 2 adults sharing the same room to qualify for the child rate.

NHL Hockey Package(s) REFUND/CANCELLATION policy: We offer cancellation insurance for all of our packages for $9.99 per person on all of our overnight packages and day trip packages.  This allows you to cancel up to 3 business days prior to the package without penalty.

Without the cancellation insurance all sales are final.

TRANSFER PACKAGES:  Transferring of packages is allowed, please notify us at  info@toursport.com with name changes as soon as possible before departure.

Travel to UNITED STATES: Each passenger travelling to the U.S. must have proof of Canadian Citizenship in the form of Birth Certificate and Picture Identification or  a Canadian  Passport.

Travel Insurance: We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment and to guard against any unforeseen mishaps.
